Preparation Directions:
To begin this rich flavored chocolate stout recipe, steep your whole grains in 6 cups, add to water, and boil. Now remove your grains once the boil begins. Add extract and boiling hops to the brew, and boil for one full hour. During the last 15 minutes of the one hour boil, add in your Irish moss. After the full boil has completed, add in the Cascade hops and steep them for 15 full minutes. Let the brew cool, then pitch your yeast. Ferment for a full month or two.
